“Out of the Silence,” is a 90-minute visually evolutionary documentary that explores the nature of reality as vibration and the incredible power of sound to heal physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually on an individual and global level.

The film explores the various modalities of sound healing which range from ancient practices to modern technologies and therapies. Interviews with healers, researchers, engineers, musicians, therapists, and experts in the field of sound and healing describe the incredible possibilities and realities for the future of world health and harmony.

The film allows the viewer to see sound and reality like never before, offers non-invasive alternatives and complimentary therapies to the traditional western medical system, and empowers people to become aware of the vibrational reality around them that they are shaping with everything they say think and do.

The film began production in the fall of 2006. A short 23 minute verison was completed in the sping of 2007. Since then we have gathered much more content and have been working on a feature length version.

"Out of the Silence," the film is a labor of love made possible by three amazingly talented young women Tessa Shields, Marya Stark, and Christine Suits.

Tessa Shields (BFA in Film Production, Art Minor Chapman University) is the

Director, Producer, Editor, and Visual Artist behind the film. As a Filmmaker and Visual Artist she uses art, communication, and media as tools to educate, inspire, heal, and create joy and beauty in the world.

Marya Stark is the Conceptual Co-Creator of the film. One of her many poems is the source of the title, "Out of the Silence." She continues to help envision and create the film as it evolves. Her music is also featured in the film. Marya is an incredible Musician as a singer/songwriter, a Poet, and a certified Music

Therapist. Her music and practice combine to create deeply healing experiences through art, psychology, and music.

Christine Suits is also a Conceptual Co-Creator of the film. She is responsible for some of the Cinematography in the film and contributes to the Sound Design and the Musical Score. Christine is Classically trained as a Vocal Performer, she Composes music that is reshaping our relationship to sound and reality, and she teaches vocal lessons. She uses her understanding of sound, music, art, and

healing to bring peace, joy and beauty to the world.

Together these three are a powerful force collaborating to make this world a better place for future generations.
